Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid sustainable shipping label will be emailed to you; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original eco-friendly packaging if possible, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
